Workshops

Explore the stories behind the shoes we wear, create new stories and transform old shoes into story shoes.

Participants were required to bring a special pair of their own shoes to share shoe stories. The workshop will be a wonderful day of bringing people together in an informal way, making, telling and sharing.  The workshop is sponsored by Oxfam who donated old shoes and books for this project. We began with working with the Priest's House Museum Wimborne shoe collection for inspiration and research.

Killer Heels - The Adult Version

An accompanying adult show to The Girl and The Shoes, which explores the darker side of this new fantastical tale with humorous twists. The show unfurls contrasting worlds of beauty, innocence and glamour with lust, obsession and pain in the alluring setting of Paris.
